After years in the property industry, working for lenders such as the Halifax, as a mortgage surveyor and seeing the mistakes made by estate agents, Tom Waterhouse decided to open his own independent estate agency. Fully flexible, we are driven by honesty, fair pricing and delivering a service above and beyond the customer expectations.
We have RICS qualified team members to ensure all home valuations are accurate. Our services are backed by over 10 years in the banking industry dealing with mortgages and interest rates, and 10 years’ experience valuing properties for lenders.
